About Renewable Energy Partners (REP)
Our integrated approach and long-term commitment to project development make REP a dynamic force in the renewable energy industry.
Our projects
REP brings together a team of highly motivated professionals to originate and develop large-scale renewable energy projects in Australia. You may have seen our project brands Yellow Solar, White Wind and Blue Hydro.
Our three largest projects are the 250MW Western Downs Solar Farm, the 500MW Wambo Wind Farm being co-developed with Cubico Sustainable Investments, and the 1GW+/7GWhr+ Bowen Renewable Energy Hub - Pumped Storage Hydroelectric Scheme.
We also have a number of other renewable energy projects totalling over 400MW of generation in the early stages of development.
Our process
For both the 250MW Western Downs Solar Farm and the 500MW Wambo Wind Farm projects, REP:
- identified the project location
- performed a high level resource, constraints and financial assessment
- identified and commenced a grid connection
- secured the land
- identified and secured funding partners, and
- progressed the development through early stage approvals.
We continue to provide project management and other services to these projects throughout their development.
